I have spent my life working as an employee but now, at 57 years old, I am job hunting. I was impacted by a layoff almost a year ago and the reality is stark: for a senior professional, finding a new role is not simple. During many interviews, when the hiring manager is much younger than me, I know that I’m disqualified from the start, because of his/her reaction when they see me.

My savings are dwindling, and the need for action is urgent.

Here, I will document, without filters, my entire mental overhaul. I will share what I do, what I feel, what I fail to do, the books I read, the tasks I do, the projects I launch, and all the emotional and strategic hurdles. In short: this is my journey to become a 10X person,  building my own business to generate sufficient income for my family.

This is a real-time experiment, and my only promise is honesty.
